My name is Marissa Mansanas, and I’m currently a student at University of Nevada, Reno, pursuing a degree in Information Systems and Accounting, with a minor in Graphic Design. I created this website as part of a semester-long project to explore web development, digital media, and artificial intelligence.
Where I’m From
I’m originally from southern Nevada in Las Vegas. I’ve always had a passion for technology and design, even doing a graphic design program in high school for three years. My journey through college has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
Academic & Career Goals
I’m studying IS and Accounting because technical skills within the business world are important trades. After graduation, I hope to apply my skills in creative design and project management.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of school and work, I enjoy reading, digital art, and consuming fantastical media. One of my favorite nostalgic series is Percy Jackson! But now I am more of a DC-comics person. These activities help me stay balanced and inspired, and they often influence the creative side of my work.
